Thank you for the young lady in light blue jacket (sorry didnt get your name). She helped us checked in and took care of our luggages when we were early to checkin.
Awesome hotel overall. Very good location 3 mins from milano centrale.

Extremely noisy area. 2 nights and it seems like there is a huge construction site outside (no building is being build at the moment) but horrendous noise was heard from 10pm to 6am (poor quality windows for sure)

Update: the hotel actually understood my concern when I was leaving (my bad, I didn’t report the incident during my stay since I had so many shopping bags therefore I couldn’t make any change of room), anyways, the personnel of the hotel was very kind and they’ve started to find out what’s wrong with the noise that came from the street to the room.
