in this difficult moment, we are aware of the serious repercussions suffered because of Covid-19: all of us at iH Hotels Group, we are keen to renew our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and collaborators.

We are daily reviewing updates from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Italian Institute of Health (ISS), in order to adopt the suggested safety protocols in our hotels & resorts. Our goal is to ensure the well-being and safety of our guests and employees in all circumstances.

Safety first.

We are taking all necessary precautions in our facilities, respecting the recommendations received from the competent authorities. All iH Hotels Group employees have received and constantly receive detailed guidelines. Specific cleaning, hygiene and sanitizing measures have been adopted in all our facilities:

- rigorous sanitization of rooms and toilettes, bars, restaurants, common areas and touch points (door handles, elevators, reception counters, common bathrooms, conference rooms, etc.);

- hand sanitizers are positioned in the common areas of the Guests;

- at reception on request are available thermometers for self-checking body temperature;

- at reception on request are available surgical masks and medical gloves for our Guests and employees;

- Our employees have been well trained to ensure knowledge and compliance with
hygiene and safety protocols.

Greater flexibility for your holidays.

In this time of emergency, we know how important flexibility is to you. We have therefore improved our cancellation policies for your next bookings.
For reservations, which include staying in a hotel during the period considered "force majeure";, currently scheduled until May 3 (but subject to extension), it is possible to receive a voucher equal to the amount paid. The voucher can be used within 1 year from the date of issue.
