Large spaces are dedicated to catering: 2 bars, Aphrodision and Numico, informal but refined environments, ideal for coffee breaks and light snacks, banquets and cocktails to be enjoyed caressed by the notes of the piano in the intimate atmosphere of the Hall; three restaurants, Hortus, Garum and Triclinium which accommodate 60 to 600 guests, make the Hotel Selene the ideal location in Pomezia also for conferences, groups, events. The Gourmet Hortus is proposed as a welcoming and reserved environment, characterized by a large window that gives the room a particular brightness and at the same time allows this room to appear completely surrounded by greenery.

Among the common areas of the hotel is the elegant Lounge Bar, open every day until 11:30 pm. At Hotel Pomezia Selene, you will find ample space to welcome guests for a relaxing aperitif at the end of the day, for informal business meetings, or for a delicious cocktail to be enjoyed after dinner.

GARUM
The Restaurant Garum is ideal for a business lunch or for a romantic candlelight dinner or to spend a fun evening with friends full of good taste, the main feature is the open kitchen with the grill to taste very select meats grilled and typical regional dishes with a large cellar of selected wines. The restaurant can comfortably accommodate up to two hundred seats so it is also suitable for banquets and ceremonies. Sober and very nice furnishings enriched with archaeological finds from the Museum of Via del Mare on permanent display.

HORTUS
The pride of the hotel, a restaurant dedicated to the refinement and haute cuisine, our chef Lenti and his brigade, offer refined dishes with particular attention to the presentation of the dishes. The Hortus restaurant is cared for down to the last detail with a design in elegant and high-level furnishings, equipped with a waiting room for an aperitif and with an open kitchen. Equipped with 70 seats, it can be reserved as a private room and is ideal for gala dinners or business dinners.

TRICLINIUM
The Gran Salone Tricliniumis the right place to celebrate your wedding and ceremonies. It is also suitable for hosting all kinds of events due to its size: 600 square meters which allow events to be organized up to 600 seats. The view of the swimming pool and the park allow you to organize aperitifs by the pool, available by reservation only. This space has a wide choice both for the setting up of the hall and for the presentation of the tables.
