Three days of training, information, and fun.
The annual meeting of the iH Hotels Group took place in the Eternal City, hosted in the stylish and modern iH Roma Z3 design hotel.
With the presence of the entire management team, executives, and a large part of the operational staff, the three-day event of the iH Annual Meeting Rome 2022 was led by Mental & Business Coach Michele Tribuzio, better known by the nickname “Uncle Mike.”
The memorable convention took place mostly within the hotel during the first two days, featuring a packed schedule of training sessions and information exchange. It concluded with a day entirely dedicated to a team-building experience at the Colosseum.
The primary goal of this first major meeting was to build teamwork, renew the strong sense of unity that already exists in every department and expand it to every city, put faces to voices, share results, discuss the next steps for the future, exchange ideas for better management of the facilities, and most importantly, to enhance the services of Italian hospitality.

The focus of the meeting was also on highlighting the highly positive results of 2022, presented by the revenue, sales, and marketing departments across the entire group.
The performance of the past season in the iH Hotels properties exceeded expectations, particularly with the recovery of hotels in seaside locations and major art cities.
During the convention, the budget forecast for the upcoming year was also presented: the growth target for 2023 aims to surpass the previous year, driven by various planned interventions to improve both the technical and operational aspects of each property.
The business sector of iH Hotels, consisting of 4-star hotels mainly located in Milan, has exceeded the revenue of the 2019 season.
City hotels in art cities such as Rome, Padua, Bologna, and Bari also recorded excellent results, both in summer and winter, in terms of occupancy and revenue. Bari, in particular, has returned to the spotlight by hosting major events at the only 5-star hotel in the city.

For iH Hotels Group, a promising season is on the horizon, starting in the spring of 2023 when two resorts will reopen: one in Forte dei Marmi and the other in the enchanting South of Sardinia (Villasimius area).
“These results confirm the dedication of the entire team, despite the challenges and the uncertainty in the post-pandemic period,” said GM Mauro Troisi.
The winter season will kick off with the iH Hotels in Courmayeur on December 3rd, which is already reporting full occupancy until mid-February 2023.nnual meeting di Roma è stato il momento ideale per presentare anche i nuovi progetti in cantiere.
